Deulajhari hot spring Odisha is the most famous destination as a pilgrimage place as well as divine water spring. Situated amidst green cover near Athamalik, 90 km from Angul, it is famous for its cluster of sulphur hot springs spread over a vast stretch. It is believed that at the bottom of this water spring there is a Shiva linga present here. The spring is divided into different names such as Agnikunda, Taptakunda, Himakunda, Amrutakunda and Labakusakunda are prominent ones. The temperature of water in these springs varies from 40 degree Celsius to 62 degree Celsius. Most Important and unique thing of this hot spring is that two ponds are attached with water flowing to each other and one pond is having hot water where as another is cold. Nearest airport is Bhubaneswar, nearest railhead is Anugul and by road both Govt. and private bus service is available to reach easily form different other cities.
